How to use?

If you are a new user, we recommend that you start with the Easy Vision Test with a Landolt ring. The app has an "easy vision test" option that allows you to experience how the app works as soon as you open it.

• Note: This app cannot be used for medical purposes, such as for checking if you have an eye disease.

It is the first app in the world to allow you to easily check your vision simply by flicking the screen of your smartphone or tablet.

This app is great for both adults and children, and allows you to do the test in three different ways: using the Landolt ring, with your phone, or with your phone held at different distances.

If you are a new user, we recommend that you start with the Easy Vision Test with a Landolt ring.

There are three major parts to this app: setting up the optotype, selecting the optotype, and recording your answers.

The optotype is the test item that you will be given to answer. The optotype includes the test item (e.g., E chart), optotype distance, eye used for testing, and the method used to measure your vision.

This optotype can be any of the following: Landolt ring, E chart, optotype distance, or it can be the E chart for your phone screen.

Note: The Landolt ring is for people who are using this app as a vision test before a doctor examines them.

Setting up the optotype and the optotype distance is a very important aspect of this app.
